This was e-mailed to us. I haven't checked it out so be careful. If it asks for ss# or personal information, please don't submit that information. I just need you to be leery of some of these national scholarship applications. If it appears legit, then by all means, apply.
I work for Sixt rent a car and we have an annual nationwide scholarship and would love to share the opportunity to apply with your students. We will be awarding 5 students $5,000 toward their study at any 2 or 4 year accredited university. I was wondering if it would be possible to get Sixt's Scholarship listed in the below scholarship section of your website?

To learn more about our scholarship please check out: https://www.sixt.com/sixt-scholars/

I'd like to make your students aware of a scholarship opportunity. Nursing Schools Almanac has just launched its third annual Aspiring Nurse Scholarship. Our website will award a $1,000 scholarship to an aspiring nurse who best demonstrates:

This scholarship is open to all high school seniors who plan to pursue college education in nursing, including LPN / LVN, ADN, and BSN programs. Scholarship applications will be accepted until midnight on June 30, 2017.
Interested students may visit www.nursingschoolsalmanac.com and click the banner on the right-hand side of the website's homepage. Here they'll find detailed scholarship information and the official application form.
We welcome you to include information about our scholarship competition on your school's website. Please feel free to spread the word via social media as well.
Your students may also find our website a helpful starting point for their college search. We provide the Web's most comprehensive and analytical resource for selecting a nursing school. DON'T BE FOOLED:   Many students are receiving mail from a company known as C3.  This company is scheduling appointments, for students and parents, to participate in an educational group presentation and personal interview.  This meeting is supposed to help determine college admission and financial aid eligibility.  They eventually charge large amounts of money and promise things that you can do yourself and/or are free to you anyway.  This company was highlighted on Channel 7 last night and warnings issued against this company.
