CHRISTMAS BREAK 12/19/25 - 1/4/26

HGSD Schools will be closed for Christmas Break beginning on Friday, December 19, 2025. Classes will resume on Monday. January 5, 2026. Have a wonderful holiday, Cardinal Family!

EARLY OUT WEDNESDAYS

We will be dismissing early on 12/10/25. We will have NOT have Early Out Wednesday on 12/17/25. A good rule of thumb to remember: If school is in session for five days in a week, we will have an Early Out Wednesday. If we are out of school any day in a week, we will not release early on that Wednesday.

BELL TO BELL - NO CELL

Starting in the 2025–2026 school year, Harmony Grove School District will follow the Arkansas Bell to Bell, No Cell Act. This means: No personal devices (phones, smartwatches, tablets, earbuds, etc.) from the first bell to the last bell. Exceptions will be made for documented medical conditions (IEPs/504s), emergencies, and approved extracurriculars. Help your child get ready — start the conversation now!

SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

The HGSD School Board will meet on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Norman Caldwell Boardroom.

NO SCHOOL - 1/19/26

HGSD Schools will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Harmony Grove School District has posted its Facility Master Plan to the District’s website for public viewing.  It can be found under “State Required Information” > “Policy/Data Information” > Facilities Master Plan”.

Public comments regarding this document will be heard by the Board of Directors on January 12, 2026, during the regularly scheduled Board meeting at 6:00 PM.  Please email all comments no later that the close of business on January 5, 2026 to hbennett@harmonygrovesd.org
